Free ground shipping on all orders in the contiguous U.S. only. Overnight, two day, and express orders, and orders to places other than the contiguous U.S. will incur a separate charge on their credit card for shipping charges. We use UPS and the U.S. Postal Service for shipping, depending on the item size, value, and quantity ordered.

Please note:  Due to the high cost of using UPS or FedEx for foreign shipments, we only use the USPS with insurance.  If a claim for insurance needs to be filed, we will file it in this country, but will not be deferred to for payment of the claim.  You will have to take the broken item and the packaging to your local postal center AFTER the claim is filed by us.  There are no exceptions to this stipulation.  If you wish to use another carrier with your account number and have the order picked up, that is acceptable, but we will not carry any responsibility for any insurance claim in this instance.

Most items ship within 1-2 days of placing an order.  Ground shipping time in the U.S. is from 2-5 business days.

If ordering by mail, please include your name, address, telephone number, credit card type and issuing bank, card number and expiration date, and the item number and description of what you are ordering. All customer information will be kept strictly confidential. If ordering by mail you may also use a certified check.
