All customer information is kept confidential. We do not sell or give any information to any third parties.

Exquisite as they are, you'll find all Murano Glass sculptures are very reasonably priced. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Our prices are based on the amount of detail in a piece, the availability, the size, and the quality. Please allow for artistic variations. No two glass clowns are alike. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Quantities are limited. Some items may not be immediately available, but every effort will be made to satisfy customer requests. We welcome faxes or email to check on the availability of an item before you place an order. Most selections will be shipped within three days of the date of the order. Purchases may be returned in the original packaging by the original shipping method only within 7 days for credit if received in original condition. Insurance on returns is the responsibility of the customer. Anabay's will not be responsible for items returned uninsured that are not returned in original condition and original packaging by the same shipping method used to deliver the item to the customer.

If an item is received damaged, you must notify us within 7 days so we can handle the claim. The broken item and all original packaging must be retained for pickup and/or inpsection by UPS. We will contact UPS to begin the claims process.

If you have not retained all original packaging, we will not be able to proceed with a claim or reimbursement. In this circumstance, if the customer requests replacement, the customer will be charged the full value of the item.
